2)c) There were a few cords that were accessible to children including a cord under the desk in the play room, a telephone cord, and the cord from the water dispenser. 3)b) The hot water on the water dispenser in the play room was turned on, posing a burn hazard as it is accessible to children. 3)g) The picnic table and bench in the outdoor play area have peeling and flaking paint. 5)a) One electrical outlet in the play room was not tamper-resistant.
